The Community Readiness Model (CRM) is based in part on theories of change. I have utilized the model to help communities move forward to address issues from school climate to intimate partner violence to HIV prevention.  The model appreciates that communities are experts and that the answers are within its members.  When communities tell us how ready they are, we can match that with one or more strategies to move them forward.
